The server is not responding

Hello gang been awhile, installed the latest p99files55 tried to log in and im getting to character select, but trying to enter the world gives me the error 'the server is not responding'. Any clues before I try a fresh install?

Just so everyone knows, this issue was resolved for Lizard here in this thread as well as another issue. (https://project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=405568)
