This is more of an inquiry for possible future payment, trade, or MQ.
It's somewhat obvious that there is no raiding on red unless you are in the main raiding guild, and though I don't know for sure, I would say that it's safe to assume that said guild doesn't spend alot of time in Plane of Sky anymore. What would it take to get LR for gathering the components for the Windstriker Ranger quest? Windstriker Ranger is essentially all I've ever wanted to do on Red, so please let me know how plausible it actually is.

It’s brutal. You’ll need to park select toons on 1.5 and track Dojorn 3 day and 7 day timers to optimize kills per week while arranging with dominant raid guild to not grief your project. Once you get a bow (took me 8 months and over 100 kills, but I think there was an issue with bows not on the loot table back then), you need to kill some bees in 6 with a full raid force and kill EoV with most of a force. Sphinx tallows are a dime a dozen.

I would avoid Overseer of Air attempts if possible. He fucks.

yeah just curious if that's even something the red top guild even farms anymore, and if so what it would cost for the loot rights.

Efreeti War Bow can be purchased. Probably dozens of thousands of plat.

Thickened Nectar and Sphinx Tallow can be purchased. Probably for thousands of plat each.

Shimmering Pearl MQ will cost you dozens of thousands of plat.
