Blue/Green should be allowed to character transfer to Red if they choose to

I just love Red server tears when the extremely toxic penal colony of P99 has griefed everyone off the server and begs for fresh people to ruin their experience all over again. The only thing sweeter than Red99 tears is the knowledge they'll never get a Red 2.0
