Hello I recently tried logging into Green and it said my Account is Banned and i have no idea why


I have characters on green and blue

Could i have help with this issue? I dont know what i did wrong / I have never been banned before or suspended and have been playing a long time

I have never ever done RMT
I am a very casual player who enjoys the immersion / paying real money for things doesn’t make sense to me
is there a way to appeal?
Please show me what lead them to believe this?

If you had a name that was a violation of the naming policy they issue a temp ban and you have to petition in the petition forum

Goto the petition forum and just ask why you were banned, if it's a suspension they will let you know how long
