I'm considering parting with but if I was to do so I would have to receive all of the following in trade. I understand its a literal ton of stuff but you're talking about trading for something that you will likely never see on the market ever again. I'm aware of a confirmed 6 staffs on the server.

If you have ALL of the following items I will trade them for my staff. Right now I'm up in the air if I want to play a Monk or a Tank or a Rogue or even a Bard might be fun.

So someone actually decides to sell their staff and all of a sudden its from a hacked account? I've had it a long time..and I've had debate after debate with friends if I should sell it or keep it. I'm probably being a dumbass as I could moderately (RBG, Trak tooth for a rog etc) twink a melee and then level them with a staff to 40+. Hell I should probably do that before I sell it as it wont take long.
The fact remains I will never get awarded a CoF or a RBB as a caster and I most certainly don't have the plat to buy a BBoDE.

The fact is I'm looking for Melee items that I don't want to wait months to find with plat - BBoDE primarily but also RBB, RMoY and SCD are hard to find.

Then for an item of this nature, value and rarity a GM should track what happened with that persons missing/stolen item.

I'm sure Rogen or Uth can verify I've had my staff for a good while (please PM me if you need my char name guys or you can just IP track it - but please do not share who I am). If you could verify I've had the staff for a while and its not stolen I'd really appreciate it.

Can they not also check item scripts and see who now has a staff they didn't have as of what - a couple days ago? Whenever the stolen one was taken? I'm not sure how in depth the item script logs are but they should be able to.

It should be done for an item of this significance in my opinion.

Get off this guy's nuts. If he was the one that hacked Beau, do you really think he'd be dumb enough to IMMEDIATELY post it for sale on the forums? And for a bounty of items that will likely take weeks, if not months, to find? Of course not. He'd either lay low or immediately jettison it for the best offer (which would likely be 1 mill plat or more).

I highly doubt it is stolen, being the only broker on server till I had to take a break and eyekee hit the scene I have dealt with my fair share of shady people and while GM's take a no interference stance on scams and hacking usually, I think that a item of this caliber would warrent some attention. And if they did bother to take 5mins to look into it they would know without doubt if it was stolen or not.

Like turtles pointed out, if this truly was a stolen stick trysytch would already have it as the whole server knows he has a 1mil + offer on the table. No press, no drama just a cool million in your pocket.

But as the seller has taken the more public route my money is on it being totally legit..not worth the risk of the GM's looking into it and banning everything that ever touched your IP.

Trys I understand your sentiment that you think my price is too much but do you mind if I ask why? You're offering 1 mill+ plat. I'm asking for 2 mill worth of trade with the items counted at a very fair market value. In my mind all of the list except BBoDE will go down in value over the next year. In a 6 months this list will be worth 1.2 to 1.5. How much will a staff be then?

Anyway if someone can come up with the CoF, RBB, BBoDE and Fungi tunic we can likely negotiate on the smaller stuff. Just send me a PM.

And Eye - I love how you automatically jumped to an assumption with this situation. Someone says "OMG my staff is stolen!!" and I refuse to let you broker my sale so those two together cause you post on my thread that this is a stolen staff (2nd page). Very classy. I can tell you what I can do about it besides just point out your obvious lack of class. I was going to immediately stop using you to broker stuff but that would probably cause you to realize who I am. Items are worth what people can or will pay for them. The amount of people who can offer 1 million or greater for any item is limited to probably half a dozen people at most.

You have created some buckshot list of items that no one character you make could even use and the effort required to fulfill some shopping list isn't something I am interested in doing. I could, but won't, come up with most of those items on the list. You have also severely undervalued some of them, namely the blade of the black dragon eye.

My offer of 1 million plat is still up for grabs, but the staff just isn't worth much more to me. On raids it is worthless and for soloing it doesn't tip the tide, it's a pretty handy utility item and very rare which makes it valuable. I doubt you will find anyone willing to give you this list for it though, no offense.

Still going to be the same number of the holy grail of EQ - this staff. Sure BBoDE is also near as limited. But its going to be a collectors/twink item in time. We both know TR is close to breaking into VP. Staff will always retain its utility in addition to its rarity and will continue to increase in value.
