Ice Giants Camp Clarification

Hello, could use some clarity here.

You can see here that the wiki seems to provide a waitlist system and separates the front two giants from the back solo giant, where a single person can have 2 giants.

but I was told the wiki is just someone's opinion and does not relate the rules because it can be edited. They told me to refer to the play nice advanced rules, which is also on the wiki but not editable I'm told so its approved.

Im told that this means 1 person can only have one ice giant at a time. They can hold the front 2 until someone wants one.

I just want to know which is accurate for the future. Thanks!

You are correct:

For open outdoor zones you can claim a single spawn point. This may include SF, Hadden or OOT AC. If you're camping these mobs you need to get FTE within a reasonable amount of time.
