HELP! I can't log in

Hey all, it's been about 2 years since I've played P99 and have since had to get a new harddrive in my pc, so had to install everything all over again.. Finally got through the process just to not be able to log in because it won't recognize ANYYY password that I use, How can I recover my login info in game? I really don't think I can stomach starting over again, I just got my bard geared decently after a lot of hard work :(

Honestly I don't know. There was an SMS system the mods or GMS could use to verify you?
