Best foods?

I'm really wishing the wiki had one of those nifty list things for food, that could be sorted by dietary preference. My elves are vegetarians, and I'm looking for new foods they might be able to try. Currently, I stock up on elven bread and elven trail mix, supplemented by foraged fruits and vegetables. Does anyone know what other foods I could be looking out for? Preferably some plant-based whole foods; we're looking for a complete and healthy diet variety here.

Also it would be amazing if someone could make that on the wiki. Idk how, but like my erudite characters are generally pescatarians and trolls are big proponents of the carnivore diet. This would make a little easier imo.

I'm addicted to Ping Fuzzlecutter 5000 drinks. It's the most expensive, it's pink, and it's kind of a meme. I know later on in the EQ timeline they make it a "refreshing drink" (i forget if it says that now). I'm pretty sure the food/drink situation on green is they are all the same. So buying the cheapest will have the exact same effect as others. This omits all the player crafted food though. I am not sure if there's a player crafted drink with stats come to think of it.
