Is the Wiki wrong? it says 35% xp return. Game says 0%. Just curious

It's 0%, 35% was added to the spell sometime later on live. A lot of the wiki info on spells was pulled directly from allakhazam and not manually updated/checked for accuracy.

what kind of comments should I make? should I nitpick? for example, starting stats are wrong. wisdom is not something you should put points in (for paladin).
endure/resist magic and divine might aren't in the game yet
Miragul's phylactery*
Irak Atil is a skeleton, not zombie
wow ok I could write the entire soulfire quest too. what do I have to do, just register?

I think it all gets a bit hazy when it comes to "what should I put points in?" - there will always be a debate over it.
I put 16 points into stamina and 4 into int on my troll shadowknight (feel free to flame). I like to group, so the group is likely to see the benefit. Disease Cloud (the big "taunt") costs 10 mana... it's ample for the task at hand, rarely oom unless its after extended (10 mins or more) chain pulling. I'd say the extra stamina has saved my bacon more than a few times.
The guide says to add 20 to INT. Dying as a troll SK needs to be stopped at all costs (EDIT: particularly during hell levels!), it's not always nice to FD when you think your group is doomed ;) ... the extra stamina has helped.

Starting stats (for all classes) are image (*.png) files. My guess is that they were pulled from eq.castersrealm (or a web.archive copy of it). I'll work on going through all the races/classes and updating the files when I get a chance (feel free to beat me to the punch). I'm hesitant to update the recommendations on where to allocate starting stats. There are huge debates on what's the "best" setup. I may work on providing some simple guidelines though. Do you have any suggestions?

Are they accurate for when they do go in? If it's just a matter of their implementation time the wiki has a feature to accommodate that.
Miragul's phylactery*
Irak Atil is a skeleton, not zombie
Fixed in the Paladin Epic Quest (http://wiki.project1999.org/index.php/Paladin_Epic_Quest).
Updated philactry to philactery.
Updated Irak Atil to a skeleton.

Register and then update away! The wiki is only as strong as the community that builds it. Ravhin (if I am giving credit to the wrong person I apologize) established a good guideline format for quests. If you do plan to write the soulfire quest entry, please follow his provided guideline:
http://wiki.project1999.org/index.php/Help:Contents#Quests.
PS: Could this topic be moved to the "Library" section of the forums? This topic only deals with inaccuracies within the wiki and not with actual game bugs or any other in-game topic.
