Will an agnostic human wizard be KOS in Freeport? [lvl10]

I made my way to EC tunnels to try and sell some bone chips (nobody's biting) but I'm wondering if I can hop over to Freeport to use the bank

Definitely fine. Freeport Militia is corrupt but they only start KoS to evil races (although they dislike Paladins). An agnostic Wizard isn't even a blip on their radar unless said Wizard is a Dark Elf.

If you want to be sure though, always con the entrance guards from a safe distance, because killing certain enemies, like High Keep guards, will eventually trash their standing with you.
