Toons gone

Hello everyone ive come back from a 2 year break and it seems my toons are gone where would I go to petition to get them back or are they gone forever? I know my main was only lvl 28

Did you double check you logged into the right server? Sometimes it doesn't log meinto P99 even though that's what I have selected.

Check if you're logging into the right server, also check that you have the latest patch files installed.
