Good weapons for level 1 gnomes?

I’m starting an underground gnome bareknuckle boxing fight club and am looking for some assistance with weaponry for our combatants.

However it seems my damage is capped at 4.

Are there weapons that will hit for more than 4 as a level 1 gnome warrior?

How the heck could I even figure this out?

So far I have been told these weapons would be good for gnome fights

This is for lvl 1 gnome warriors

Smoldering Brand
Wavecrasher
Tentacle Whip

Any other ideas for suitable high damage/low delay weapon, bonus if it procs at lvl 1

id say Palladius would do the trick
