Low level leveling/groups

Hiya,

Is there any steady place to find groups from 10ish onward? I am playing a cleric and looking for people to play with :). Any advice would be great as I am new to P1999 (not to EQ).

Lower level groups can be hard to find on blue, your best bet is to just /who 10 15 (or whatever your level range is) and whisper folks to either find or create a group yourself

I did this and it's worked best so far. Level 9 after 1 day :).

Wow, that's good progress. You might be able to find a duo/group in Befallen or Crushbone at that level.

Crushbone is probably the best bet for finding a random group. As others have said it's unfortunately tough to find lower level groups on Blue at times. But yeah Crushbone is probably easiest...if you wanted to make a long trip and don't mind not being able to vendor nearby you could also go to Kurn's Tower in Kunark at like level 12 (all undead so you can technically solo or maybe get a duo or trio going there). Otherwise, once you're up into your teens you can also check out Unrest or Oasis of Marr (usually there's a few people killing crocodiles and things along the shore there who could use a healer - I think like mid-teens is when you can go there IIRC).

Blue server is bereft of low - mid level players, unfortunately.

You can't go wrong with a /who all 10 15 and shoot a /tell. Also, that guy up there that said "whisper" is a WoW spy!

Once you get up a bit if you ever need more people I have a low 20s Bard I could bring along

As a cleric you'll likely have people asking you, especially if you keep /lfg on.

Once you get into your 30s just save yourself the hassle. Keep a /who all enchanter (-1 / +5 levels to your own) at the ready and enjoy the lovely duos in the fast-track to 60.

Moved to green because blue was ...ghost town lol ..hard to find group. Green I soloed to 16 but now I'm finding groups specially on regular zones like oasis and unrest. Besides later on I think all green will be dumped to blue (correct me if I'm wrong on green to blue after green resets).

Low level groups is still hard to find on green. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Most are soloers or PL'ers. Ive been checking daily multiple times in oasis for 2 weeks. nobody. None. zero group invites. etc

Not a big deal any longer. Found lots of groups leveling. I'm already 43. People love clerics :)
