Nah when you're actually level appropriate you can easily get stunned and eaten within seconds like any other zone. Moat is one of the best xp spots and it's as far away from the zl as you can be pretty much.

To say nothing of the people trying to xp on the upper floors, who *really* get screwed by the bards.
