I don’t have one so it’s a moot point. DW helm is 125hp heal per 10 seconds (75hp/tick or 5 fungi’s). Good enough for me any my slackass.

Chain self healing it sounds like it’s more cost effective to use Naltrons symbol (costs a dot but lasts a long time) and free Daring vs Resolution and Pinzarns click (costs 7gold and some silver per click)

the bp is definitely worth it, jaspers cost nothing. if you are able to get one.

Meh I’m relatively poor. If I wanted to upgrade my pal I’d save the money for a Narandi crown. I keep stacks of jaspers on me for a cheaper symbol alternative as it is.

Yea it’s mainly amazing for root/healing while leveling up. It’s about 2.5 faster than the helm and won’t get blocked if you end up with potg.

It’s also a nice one-two buff with DS on raids to give someone a cheap 500hps. I eventually sold mine to upgrade gear elsewhere. I carry a stack of dots these days.

Go with a gob ear on the rare occasion you need to reset pally spells

yea I went gobby earring to ring 8 then 9. Gobby earring wont stack with yaulp4. In a pinch the spyglass isnt bad.

Wearing ragefire arms is another solid pick for anyone who can wear them.

My Deepwater BP stays in my bags and mostly goes unused these days. I like to do a good bit of solo dungeon crawling, but at 60 with the little mini Torpor, I just don’t find myself using it very often. I absolutely used and abused that BP from 45-59 though. If leveling, it’s super good.

global reset works wonders with our stun spells... i can stun lock mobs for over 10 seconds and it helps me do a lot more DPS and actually win battles... cast Stun... global reset item quickly than cast Holy Might ... than just keep clicking till Force .... stun is like 2 seconds and both holy might and force are 4 second stuns... its actually really handy and by you a lot of time to do some extra DPS... Paladins are awesome... not gonna lie.

When you're using a Ghoulbane the spells are actually considered dps.

The real gamechanger with the BW bp over the DW helm, is that you can have POTG cast on you, and still use the DW bp, where the helm gets blocked. So now you have the sweet mana regen also, along with a super nice heal clicky, that only consumes 1 Jasper.

Helm for budget healing between fights. BP for root healing while in combat. It also isnt blocked by potg.

The bp heals 2.5x faster. Filling a deluxe toolbox with jaspers is like 120p. Pretty cheap self PL.

Time is money. and if you’re caring about saving money on a paladin, you’re doing it wrong. That’s what your caster alt is for. Plus if you decide to go to a place like kedge to level, you can easily make that money back as the mermaids drop gems.

Broke like me probably. I have all my wealth spread across 10 characters lol

My 60 paladin still keeps the helm in his bag … and no Narandi crown to boot! It was still useful the last few times I logged on to F around with him solo. If I’m trying hard to keep more mobs down it’s more efficient than medding and healing, but if I’m slacking off I don’t bother and just afk med every so often and toss myself a HoT.

I’d use the bp if I had it, but being relatively plat poor I just cannot justify the cost of the damn thing.
