It has a 1:2 ratio and procs Snare. This is especially useful for monks (and others) who like to solo since Snare will cause a fleeing mob to freeze in-place, not attacking and not moving. The Anklesmasher is size "small", so it fits into most WR bags. This can also be very useful in dungeon groups!
