My bank's local branch closed, so I visited a competing bank's branch and enquired regarding opening a new account with them.

They suggested I look online to see what they could offer.

Literally no where has offices you can walk in to and get your bills paid / complaints sorted in person anymore. It is all call centres and online. Even supermarkets are encouraging you to stay at home and take deliveries.
