Taking too many vitamins a day isn't good for you.
Maybe at max a little Fish Oil.
To much cause problems for your kidneys.
Like too much vitamin C or Fish Oil.
Thou I find studies on Zinc interesting as an appetite suppressor (only be careful because it can lead to other issues).
All you losers taking Vitamins are wasting ya time.
I take VitaMax. And look at me. I can even stand upside down and not fall up!
Also, I can literally feel the earths rotation trying to fling me off. Talk about extra perception.
I wonder what else I perceive that you "mins" miss...

fatty liver disease? I dunno, I would worry about where the lecithin is sourced from.
It's supposed to make u feel better tho...
you get migraines, its possible it could help with that some from the celery

Personally I just consider the internet a gamble always no matter what the discussion. The information you find on the internet might be totally insane or it might be light years ahead of the mainstream and it's up to you to suss that out, and yes it's risky.
The mainstream will reliably be free of the crazy stupid extreme positions but also sadly free of the insightful and thoughtfully considered good stuffz.

The mainstream nutrition advice for the last 40-50 years has been completely horrible. Eat meat(only meat if you’re man enough). Grow your own food. Move your body. Drink water. Go to sleep.
