I will be up in ur city August 19th-21st. (Dodgers vs. Rockies game!)

What's there to do? I lived in Colorado Springs most my life but didn't venture up to Denver much because I wasn't old enough to do anything cool.

Staying right near Coors field. Cool bars/restaurants/other touristy shit to do?

If I was in Denver I'd probably try to go have sex with Taluvill's little sister. But that's me.

Personally next time I go back I'm sure I'll hit a dispensary, spend a day at Water World and eventually wind up at Casa Bonita, because I love legal pot, water slides and diarrhea. Not necessarily in that order.

Tralina you can't mess up if you stay close to rockies stadium.
There's a street there with amazing bars. going to just one, no matter how great the recommendation is.. would be a waste.

I would hit up the mountains if you are into that stuff - go to the winter resorts and see if they have mountain biking or canoeing.

Not trying to be a dick but you cant just walk into a dispensary and say hey sell me herbal goodies! You need a prescription from a doctor and you have to be a resident of Colorado not just a visiting tourist that wants to check out a dispensary.

I'm still a Colorado resident, I AM ONE STEP CLOSER.

I like the tag "Denver Foot Hazards"

I hope there's not stairs in my hotel.

Go eat at Earls @ the 16th street mall. The scenery there is always great. Oh the food and drink are pretty good too :)

Shit, it's a bummer I just saw this thread. Denver has so many cool places to eat / visit. Next time you're coming this way I'll give you a list of fun options.

We had a really good time. Wandered around downtown Denver on Friday night until I-don't-remember-when (lots of dranky dranks). Walked the 16th street mall Saturday. Good eats and drinks in between it all. The two baseball games we went to were a really good time as well. Denver treated us well, I would definitely go back again.

No offense but fuck Denver (IMO pals, I'm sure it's swell). Next time go about 100 miles north up to Estes Park for one of the most beautiful areas in the country. Rent one of the nice wood cabins up there.

Good god I miss that area - I need to go back.

Used to take my dog up there and go hiking/backpacking. It's just as amazing in the winter as it is during the summer.
