Instrumental song in my head... something a cross between the Mormons tabernacle choir and some very droney dirgish pipish spacey heavenly ambience... like I have a radio on very quiet in the background just below the noise of the background. It's super peaceful...

Haven't started new meds yet. Tinnitus is still there in my left ear...
