Eating certain foods is associated with longer life in zero-control group surveys.

*lights a smoke, takes a puff* Yeah man.

Some of the morbidly obese mukbang youtubers are dead. Look after your body. Get a good night's sleep.

feels bad man

i struggle with my weight still, even though i managed to get it down once to something I wanted just couldn't keep the ball rolling - food helps me get thru the day emotionally, I would much rather abuse drugs butt...

It is extremely hard to stay in shape. It's easy to *get* in shape. Every time I exercise I feel great, but it also makes me insanely hungry, so I just eat a ton more than I would have if I hadn't exercised in the first place.

Being in shape has nothing to do with weight. They just happen to be correlated.

Ate 2/3rds of a huge hamburder with 2 giant patties and 3 layers of bacon and cheddar queso with ranch.

Then I promptly took a huge shit. That final 3rd taunts me. Tasks me.

Yeah.

I just finished it. Feels like a bowling ball down there.
