The Illegal Alien problem is the result of over 30 years of failure, by both parties, to enforce existing Federal Immigration Laws PERIOD. Enforcement of current Law is the duty of all Law Enforcement Agencies, Local, State and Federal. NO Agency, No Politician and Certainly not the Federal Government has the right to ignore the "Law of the Land" because it may be unpopular or doesn't meet their political goals. IF the Federal Law is wrong it is wrong because both parties have ignored the problem for over 30 years. IF the Federal Law continues to be wrong it is because Obama has ignored it for the past 2 1/2 years. Political and moral cowardice on the part of both parties have put our Nation where it is now..
The USA is a Nation of Laws, we do not nor should we reward criminal behavior at the expense of our taxpayers and Legal Immigrants being processed into the USA. The cost to the Federal Government, State, County and cities governments is too expensive to maintain, particularly in a period of Recession. Illegal Aliens must be either deported or voluntarily repatriate to their countries. This has been done twice in the 20th century, 1929-1935 during the Great Depression by FDR and again during the Great Recession of 1954 by Eisenhower. The financial cost of deporting all Illegal Aliens will be significantly less than continuing the annual cost of "Benefits" being paid to these Illegal Aliens, in essence the Deportation will pay for itself.
The "Political Cost" will be as little or great as the Political Parties make it. Keep the message simple and truthful: As a Nation we cannot and will not let people violate our Immigration Laws, National Sovereignty and violate our States Laws, nor will we reward such criminal activity with citizenship. Deportation of Illegal Aliens has nothing to do with race nor human rights, it has everything to do with enforcing our Laws and our Rights.
1. First and foremost Secure the Borders.
2. Remove all financial incentives; For both employers & Illegal Aliens
Employers of Illegal Aliens:
a. Prosecute employers of Illegal Aliens as per current law.
b. Less than 20 Illegal Aliens employed: $5000 fine per Illegal Alien.
c. More than 20 Illegal Aliens employed: $10,000 Fine per Illegal Alien.
d. Close facilities employing Illegal Aliens for 60 days and do not permit reopening until all employees status is verified and Fines paid.
e. Deny access to federal Funds or Federally Funded Contracts for 5 years upon conviction of employing Illegal Aliens.
f. Require "E" Verify to hire an employee
Illegal Aliens: Establish ICE Courts similar to inner cities Drug Courts to expedite the processing of Illegal Aliens.
a. Enforce all curtain Federal Immigration laws, across the board, without exemption until or when the current Law is Changed.
b. No "Entitlements" to Illegal Aliens: NO Welfare, NO Food stamps, NO Section 8 Housing, NO Free Education at any level, NO Free Medical Care other than necessary for immediate life threatening emergency care: NO Entitlements paid in full or part by Federal, State or local Taxes...Period.
c. Illegal Aliens that have committed additional criminal acts, including Identity Theft (Social Security Card Numbers, Drivers License, etc), must be prosecuted and complete their sentence prior to deportation.
d. "Anchor Babies" as currently defined cannot sponsor an Illegal Alien until after they are 21 and gainfully employed, that is current Law. "Anchor Babies" are to be deported with Illegal Alien Parents unless they are over 21.
f. "Documented" Illegal Aliens cannot apply for immigration or Guest Worker Permits, Visas to enter the U.S. for a period of 5 years after official deportation
