Active self found or Permadeath guilds?

Hi! Just looking for any active permadeath or hardcore guilds. I know ALS was popular years ago but I don't know if it still is.
I figure if a guild even has 10-20 active players who group regularly leveling, that's enough to feel active.

Every once in a while I will see <No Time To Rez> tag, they're a permadeath guild. I believe ALS is part of Sanctum but I don't know how active they are.
