Shadowed Rapier Question

I wanted to get some feedback on this potential myth. The other day I joined someone camping Shadowed Men in Lesser Faydark for a Shadowed Rapier. I had mentioned that there were a lot more shadowed men in Innothule Swamp but that it was more than we could handle. He stated that the Shadowed Rapier only drops from shadowed men in West Commons, Lavastorm and Lesser Faydark. He had apparently read this on a web site and once spent 9 hours camping them in Nek Forrest and came up empty. It was news to me but then again, I had never done the Jboots quest before. It sounds a lot like one of the old rumors like the anti-camp radius etc from long ago.
I wound up heading to West Commons and got my rapier in about 10 minutes.

WC was always the best for me...I used to camp it all the time back on live and MQ it. Never really had a problem with it dropping...plus they'll have it equipped so you can see it if they have it.

Thanks. I had a feeling it was just bad information. Why make a loot table for these guys different for a particular zone or two?

I have had several drop in Innothule swamp as well.

I always camped mine in Inno swamp due to how close it was to RM.
