about same as yesterday little more, 12ish percent. at about 42% into 56 now

So 23% of level 56 in 2 hours, completely AFK leaching PL. We agreed to do a "timeclock" style, which is what I do with all my clients. Sometimes they settle up at the end of the week, but often they will reach out to me to pay.

No response, yet Tyna is in game right now. And to pre-empt any excuses: Tyna aka Sabbra agreed to the terms of payment before we began. We haven't done a session in 8 days now, but still no attempt to pay me has been made. No contact, etc.

I can forgive a lot of things here on p99, but going against your word makes you a garbage person.

Seriously? Hi no I did not scam you. If you accuse somebody of scamming and then block them before they can explain a single thing it really doesn't help matters.

You asked me to pay on a weekly basis, no sweat, that's pretty cool actually. I lost track of how many days had passed since we started, honest mistake on my part, and you assumed this meant I was "ghosting" you, accused me of being a scammer when I was not logged into the toon, at which point I immediately contacted you on discord to settle up and you never replied. I've played here for years why the hell would I randomly decide one day to scam somebody out of 2 hours of powerleveling? Here's the last things I wrote you on discord, literally yesterday, which you never replied to because I'm assuming I'm blocked:

Well hey I tried. I sent him those apologetic messages on discord offering to pay him two days ago and he hasn't replied. I had not discovered this ridiculous thread yet when I sent them, and now I get the impression he's trying to get me banned on purpose by refusing to take my plat so he can claim I'm a "scammer".

I've bought hundreds of thousands of plat in MQ's on different toons at this point, never had an issue with anyone, I always make clear I'll pay up front if they want me to cause it doesn't really make a difference to me. But sure, I'm just gonna one day randomly pinch some dude for 6k in PLs and risk getting my years-old characters banned. No.

The discord messages were sent after I was informed by my brother with whom i share the toon he had received tells from OP saying they were gonna tell everybody I was a scammer. OP assumed I was dodging them because cleric toon was in game and I had not yet responded to their message on discord about payment, not realizing I'm not always the one piloting it. That was my fault, hence my apologetic and conciliatory tone in the messages and now my pissed off tone in the blatant smear thread I didn't know existed until yesterday.

Was it 1 day with no reply, or 3 days with no reply? Cause i think for us to lawyer this case, it does matter. When i've done PL's before we always settled immediately after the session.. I think settling after a whole week, as adults who have lives and stuff definitely happens- is kinda askin for some miscommunication..

So at this point- Hung Jury.... Payment after a week, is bad business. Not replying after 3 days if true, is not acceptable.. If rumor is true, and character is in game, and not responding to /tells- that is sketchy behavior. Blocking customer and ending any form of communication- not a good choice. It's the verbal equivalent of rage quitting. Hung Jury for now.

You're not mentioning that you told me 6-8am windows, and were never on until 7am, and one day I was sitting there in com waiting for like an hour to see if we were gonna go or not and you never showed at all. Are you gonna own that part? Delinquent indeed.

Just friendly advice here- you should probably retool how you run your pling service because this type of thing is inevitable. I legitimately appreciate the fact you don't ask for money up front and give people a week, but then you should also give them a much longer grace period before you go on a crusade to destroy their reputation. You should also probably know that cleric toons with an epic and pre-kunark gear are basically always shared toons.

Again I had absolutely zero intention of ever stiffing you out of anything. I've put way too much time into my accounts and I know the rules here, I'm not gonna rip somebody off for 6 stinking k.

It's definitely not bard swarming rates but I don't care. I wasn't dissatisfied with the actual service here because leveling clerics through the 50s is pure cancer and I'll happily pay for the xp.
