Banned from Discord server. How to bypass the ban?

Hello I got a question.

So on some Discord servers if you get banned you can just delete the discord account make a new one, I think even using the same email address and you can get back into the Discord server. However there's one Discord server I got banned from and even making a new Discord account will not let me in.

I think it is because they recognize the same mobile phone number. Do you think if I change the mobile phone number on the Discord account to a new number then I can join the server? Or do I have to create a new Discord account entirely and then try to join since I tried to join with the old number and it refused.

Does anyone know how this works? Just curious I would like to know cause I think it is pretty rough that you can't even join the Discord server when you made a new Discord account. I can keep being banned and not join the server but I would like to know how to bypass such a ban?

Is there perchance a reason you keep getting banned?
Like breaking a rule or being an arsehole.

Maybe look inward before trying to circumvent discord rules.

I know the reason is because I'm a conspiracy theorist and I didn't keep quiet about it back then like 5 years ago but now I know not to tell anyone. I was just curious if I wanted to join the server can I just change the mobile phone number to a new number or do I have to create a new discord account with the new number and does the email address have to be a different one too?

OP, try creating a new account using an email address instead of a phone number, at https://discord.com/register . After creating that account via the browser, you can log into it on your phone.

They probably banned my phone number.

Try it from a different IP address (public wifi) or use a VPN when you go to join.

They don’t want you as part of their community. Have you considered it is a private club and perhaps you ought to respect their autonomy?
