The steps that are outlined in red still need to be done. I have the Robe of the Whistling Fists and the Demon Fangs available for MQ. I'd be happy to help farm the Immortals book in Skyfire if the buyer doesn't already have it. Then we do a bunch of turn in's and voila! you'll have your epic.
