I am still NOT SURE which brand is better? How do you rate them? I'm sure since we're all gamers here anyone of you have tried this. Personally, I can't decide what to be loyal with. They are both good drinks. I prefer the zero sugar ones, they taste better.

Powerade is I think like 30 cents cheaper here in Germany and we didn't even have Gatorade in our supermarkets until a few years ago. I think I like Powerade more now.

If ya live in U.S.A or Canada you can still order SoBe. I googled it and you can still get some flavors. Unfortunately for me in Germany there's no way.

The GREEN (melon) powerade is the best flavor out if them all. However, most of the other powerade flavors are weak.

Gatorade has a lot of variety in flavors, but only Watermelon Citrus is really good. The rest are mid-awful (looking at you cucumber lime...wtf)

Is it optimal? Probably not. But it is best in a combination of 50/50 it and water if actually sweating. Does sitting one’s fat ass in a computer chair justify the use of it over water? No I believe in that case 100% water is better and healthier. Unless being a “sweaty” raider in game involves actually sweating IRL

Remember boys, whiskeydick is also just dehydration. If you’ve had too much to drink and your girl wants to fool around, Gatorade and/or some fruit or salad/veggies are your best friends. They will get you back in the game ASAP, you don’t have to give up and try to sleep it off
