Soul Binders?

Are there any soul binders in this server? I've been looking to bind in felwithe in the place where the soul binder SHOULD be and she's not there.. also couldn't find the one in Ak'Anon. Are they not in this server?

Nope, not classic. Came much later at a time not in the scope of this server.
