Can the Blue Ceramic Band be created on P99 or is that just a live thing. I thought it was in classic eq, but I can't find any mention of it on the P99 wiki.

This was something added in Luclin I believe. Not seeing any mention of it prior to Sept 2002 on EQ resource sites
