View Full Version : Keep getting persistent 1018 Errors after LD.

I've had it happen 2 times now in the past week where I'll DC (getting the whole You have been disconnected. screen) only to have it give me persistent Error 1018's for 40 mins or more. I've tried leaving it disconnected and even petitioning on Blue.

Any ideas?

12 hours later and I am still getting a 1018 Error.

When I was finally able to log back in, Thanks to blue.Vagaron I came to find my corpse timer was still running. Time for another /petition.

You probably had an orphaned eqgame.exe running. Kill that next time (via task manager), or try rebooting (not shutting down).
