Spell Icons Are Wrong

Hello. I wondering if anyone has had this issue? If so, how do I fix it? All of my spell icons are jumbled. For instance, SoW should be that boot icon, but it's the thorns icon. Skin like wood should be a yellow square with a shield, but it's the flexing arm with a sword (haste icon).

Hey I haven't had this issue, if you have a backup just copy over your /uifiles. If not I would download a different UI and use that. If you're using the basic transparent UI then I would check out QQUI: https://www.eqinterface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=6655
