Hello. I always spend levels 5-15 in Qeynos because of the gnoll fangs and rabid pelts. The pelts are especially nice because they give a decent amount of plat for a fresh character. Are there similar quests in other starting areas?
Kobold molars from the Warrens for Erudites in Paineel / Erudin.
Crushbone Belts for Faydwer toons.
Deathfist Belts for Freeport

Don't forget putrid rib bones, suprised I don't see it on that wiki page either I'll have to update it.
As soon as you can reliably kill the putrid skeletons you should be doing their spawn rotation: the one near BB, the one across the road on the west side of the zone, and you can potentially get 1-2 more, one spawns as a patrol that I think might be a pzyjn placeholder and I've seen up to 2 spawn at the ruins. The skeletons at the ruins aren't social, so you can solo pull them from the pack.
Each rib bone hand in to Big Nick is like 11% xp for quite awhile, only hand in one, get the evidence pouch, run to qeynos, hand that in in the space ship, another 11% xp. Even at level 11, the ribs are about 15% xp per full hand in, they're tradable, and the rewards are very good money.
But to answer your question OP:
Butcherblock Mountains has Bone Chip handins that are good until about 7 and if you have enough you can easily go to 8, then you transition to belts and pads from crushbone. Extremely easy. This covers Kelethin and Felwithe and Ak'anon.
Neriak has Fire Beetle Eyes and Snake Skins/Fangs, purchasable from vendors by the dozen sometimes if you get lucky, these quests can easily take you to like 14 or something? I leveled a dark elf cleric to 12 or 13 basically without killing mobs and just dumpster diving vendors in newb zones.
Personally I think freeport sucks, there's simply not enough orcs to reasonably go around and reasonably power through the lower levels with. Plus the level spread of monsters in the area is hot garbage with a handful of giga deadly mobs for low levels.
Cabilis has a some good quests: bone chips and stingers and curscale hides being the best ones that take you pretty far. They kinda peter out after that though.
Ogre/troll land I have no idea, honestly I've never leveled one. Erudites same deal, I think they have the molar quest but I'm not sure whats past that.

When you're able to, gather as many Lightstones and Greater Lightstones as you can, take them to Mrysila in North Karana. Great experience, and the Concordance of Research sells back for over 9 1/2 plat.

On live i remember there being some lightstone crack addiction going on in the early months.

I was able to get through 15 through 18 using almost nothing but wisps and lightstones. Although, hunting wisps in WKarana is infinitely safer.

Neriak red wine. All elves should leave the city at level 4, which is neat because that's the level casters get meditate.

Lizard tails to Oggok Warrior GM (or SK GM if you want to balance factions, but the warrior one is better). It is like 80 plat by level 10. Grobb has some froglok and mushroom stuff, which aren't very good, but worth doing if you have the items. Eventually you can do orc belts from SRO.
It's actually a really really good starting area if you stick to the feerrot mostly.

Wow, thanks for mentioning that. I only knew about the monk headband quest for putrid rib bones, didn't know there was a good xp turnin for them.

It is very good, but you have to do it the slow way for maximum XP. Hand in to Niclaus, run back to qeynos, hand in to priestess jahnda or whatever, repeat. When you're like, level 8-9, there's simply nothing better. Fangs start being worse xp, the gnolls are mostly greening out, there's a really really dumb portion of qeynos where simply doing putrids is astronomically faster than doing anything else.
Blackburrow has a weird jump where its like, a level 4-6 zone, then a level 12-15 zone with very little in between and no one really goes there anymore so finding a group can be hard, but it's also like, unless you actively WANT to group it's drastically faster to just go farm putrids for ribs. Each trip back to qeynos is equal to killing about 20 blue cons and there's just not that many blue cons left in the area at that point.
Bandits in West Karana also kinda suck, the bronze is good money but its only 1-2% per hand in and they're harder than wisps to do unless you're like a druid or something.
