Yea that was about the price on live. IDK about in project 1999 tho, doesn't seem like there are many tailors.

I typically pay about 20 per stack when I need it, which right now I don't since both my tailors are at 158. If you do find a tailor who's buying he's going to need 60+ stacks to get through Wu's, so that's a guaranteed market.
