was looking at this earlier:

specifically the skewers recipe....in the archived EQ traders it is trivial at 115 but on current EQ traders it is trivial at 38 and appears to be a pottery recipe

I tried smithing a month or so ago on a now-deleted toon and I recall attempting this recipe and I think I did indeed get a skillup in pottery.

My question is, how is it suppose to be on this server? Smithing recipe or pottery?

It should be both. You could always make skewers using either pottery or blacksmithing, but the trivials were quite a bit different in each tradeskill.
