Guard Bracelets off good Qeynos guards.

I am killing the good qeynos guards in NK on the bridge going into SK. They drop guard bracelets. I thought these where only dropped from the corrupt guards for the quest. Are these the same bracelets would i be able to turn them in for exp and faction? They are no trade quest items and they loot the same as the ones you get from corrupt guards.

I couldn't find any info anywhere on the web about the loyal guard bracelet. I assume it is just a quest that was never fully implemented into the game.
