Spell Description Trouble

Recently I've started playing on the Project 1999 server again. I downloaded all the necessary updates and I'm able to log on without a hitch. However, if I hold right-click over spells and scrolls I don't receive a spell description. For example, Chords of Dissonance's icon relates its mana cost and skill typing correctly. But underneath there's no text, nothing that indicates its damage-over-time or even suggests that it deals damage; it's an empty window. I haven't encountered any crashes or errors so far, but it's quite vexxing. Has anybody else had this trouble before, and how might it be corrected without a complete reinstallation?

Spell descriptions were disabled to be more in line with classic.

It's to work like classic, basically. Use the project 99 Wiki for spell information

They were taken out of the game a couple months ago. It sucks. You need to look this information up on the P1999 Wiki (http://wiki.project1999.org)
