I was wondering if there is a way for the GM's to see how many times a particular mob has been killed totally over the entire life of the server.

Mostly interested in the raid bosses, and by mostly I mean only lol. Im not interested in who killed them, just the total number of times they have died from launch to present day.

If any official count is possible I think it would be cool to see.

If it's not possible then disregard obv =p

From the logs guides have access to, we can generally see about 2/3 weeks back.

However, there is a master-log that would include the info i think.

Would be cool to see imo, could even make a competition out of it or something and have everyone put there guesses in then announce the results. I'd have to think about it and Im sure my counts would be way off =p

Dunno! Maybe rogean will be bored some evening and do announce it.

Since Draco is a 3 day spawn I would think that he would have to be the winrar.

We only keep encounter logs back 2-4 weeks, however we keep loot logs forever, which could be grouped by timestamps... but not something I'd spend time on atm.

Emperor Rogean is busy preparing his latest creation, Red99. He does not have time to assist you in your gay endeavour.

Hail Emperor Rogean.

grep -i -c -e monsoon -e amulet of necropotence -e trunk temp.txt > ct.txt

IDK how you would ignore times where the mob dropped 2 of the same loot though. :(

Can always just multiply the chance of the item dropping by the amount of times it's dropped for any item that is unique to a particular mob... that would provide a pretty accurate estimate given the age of the server.
