Hello,
For anybody out there who is interested, I am a wizard who has bound myself right at the gnome who sells Tink Bags in Solusek A, and I am offering a new service to gate in, buy them then gate back and deliver them to you, anywhere on Norrath (near a Wizard Spire), but typically I deliver to Shady Swashbuckler in East Commons.

I am also offering Portals to any wizard destination.
