This was recently changed as of Sept. 10th patch:
Kanras: Food/Drink duration now varies per item.

But you can buy an enduring drink from Ping Fuzzlecutter in WFP.

It's being changed back next patch so that all food/drink lasts the same amount of time. The change from last patch was out-of-era.
