Well it falls under game mechanics, and npc spawn issue I believe. We first encountered it during a KoS fight in which we took the initial dt pull, but no dt after that. Then when we clicked up to spirocs we had 2 Lords up, which we all know can happen from players' actions. But we had 2 Guardians up, and an extra spiroc caller who was just sitting in the middle of the island and refused to move. Made the pull a little more exciting. Something was screwy.
