i'd still probably be playing a little magic if it hadn't been banned in my school years ago. we were told that it was because of a string of thefts but i'm pretty sure there were other reasons, e.g. gateway to witchcraft/paganism, etc. it was a shame because it was a good tool for people to socialize.

hahaha I actually first found out about mtg from this 'satan's gateway to your children' book my grandmother gave me (WHICH INCLUDES INDEPTH ANALYSIS OF POKEMON) when she thought I was possessed. after investigating a bully scene, the author writes how she found an mtg card across the road in the gutter and she turned it over... AND IT HAD A DEMON ON IT. lolol. so of course I had to get myself a pack.
