every time i log in, all my bars/windows go back to default

title says it all. my two chat bars revert back to one, i have to refilter all the combat / spell text, all the targeting boxes go back to default. however, the actions i put on my action bar stay the same. this is getting pretty annoying, anyone have a fix to this?

have you ever logged out? ...if you /exit it will not save your previous settings. If you sit can camp and log out property one time it will save the current settings. Not sure if this is your problem but happens to me a lot when I play alts i forget to properly log out and mess up 5 min of setting them up.
