Problem when trying to install new updates

Hello all been a while a while since i last was able to play and trying to instal the new changes. I downloaded the newest changes file and went to extract it into my everquest folder but winrar pops up and it says cannot create such and such access is denied. any ideas what might be causing this?

permission issues with UAC windows vista or windows 7 ... use the eqemulauncher or search this forum for the guide how to change permissions on your EQ directory or move it out of program files ...
