Newbie Armor Quests

Are the newbie armor quests in game? I distinctly remember doing them when I played my cleric and bard back on Live and was curious if anyone has done them here on P99?

Like:
Kelethin Bard (Tranquilsong) Armor
Rivervale Druid (Moss Toe) Armor
ect..

Anyone know?

those quests came way way way later.

If you do the crushbone belt quests I do believe you get patchwork armor from that.. Pretty helpful for a newb... If you can survive the run through BB that is.

Damn. We'll was worth a shot to ask here before I spent a bunch of time trying to figure out why materials were not dropping and why the quest givers would not respond to me.
