which GM to PM for a guild?

Hi folks -- had a petition in the works for 3-4 days regarding getting a guild made, thought I'd try to do it the old fashioned way by PMing one of you GM-type folks. Which one should I PM?

You have to be online for the creation to gather your people just keep trying.

Delete petition is not a valid command usually when GM's go to make a guild and they are not on to gather, the petition gets deleted and we try to contact them the next day or wait for another petition.
