So Im at 203 Wisdom should I be shooting for 255 or is 200 sufficient then start stacking Mana? Thanks in advance.

From what I remember, shoot for 200 and then focus on mana because wis gives less mana over 200

Try out some different levels of wisdom and see how much mana you get per wisdom. Evaluate the scenario and then consider +mana (and possibly +hp, depending on your class) items as alternatives.

I think above 200 the return per wisdom is a little weak. Plus, everybody knows that having huge hp is way cooler :)

I've noticed (at least based on what the client displays) that going from 210 wis -> 215 wis gives more mana per point of wisdom than 205 wis -> 210 wis.

It isn't a dramatic drop in the mana per point of wisdom after 200, so just stack it deep and add +mana items as you can.

I look at the options in the slot wisdom wise vs the options mana/hp wise and weight the options.

For example I'm at 201 Wisdom with normal gear set. Got Platinum Tiara, swapped out Nightshade wreath... drops to 196 Wisdom but only lose 2 mana... gain 35 HP and 2 AC, definitely worth it.

If you just want mana, the softcap is 200. after 200wis gear for +mana gear. thats about it.

IIRC wisdom works as such (but for paladins for whom I'm not sure but it's lower):
- Up to 200: 5 pts WIS = 1 mana/level (200 WIS at level 50 = 2000 mana)
- From 201 to 255: 10 WIS = 1 mana/level
That's from the top of my head though, could be wrong.
