Paratrooper: fall down the well in Befallen without knowing for sure if you can make it back out (second level of achievement involves the Hole)

Short Temper: Pull agro from first nuke in a group more then twice in a row.

Making Sure He's Awake: Get healed by the group's cleric more than twice in one fight.

Runnin On Empty: Stay below 25% mana for 10 minutes straight.

Trigger Happy: Stay below 25% mana for an hour straight.

Just Makin' Sure: Get 15 kill shots in a group within an hour.

Nukes? What Nukes?: Do 50 points or more of melee damage on 15 different mobs within one hour.

YOU SHALL NOT PASS: Have 5 mobs rooted at the same time.

Need a Lift?: Cast 1000 Group Teleport Spells.

Says Who?: Receive more then half of the melee damaged cause by a mob, for 10 mobs in a row, while grouped.

Rocket Launcher: Kill an experience-giving mob using only DD nukes, with no help, root, or snare.

Buss a Cap: Do 100% of the damage to two mobs in a row in a full group.



General.

Sucks For You Guys: Escape from a zone (gate/run) after every group member is dead.

WEEEEEEE: Chase a hurt-and-fleeing mob for more than 5 minutes.

Don't Mind If I Do: Loot 10 corpses you did not kill, in a row.

High Five!: Kill a full health mob that is chasing a hurt lower level player.

Run For The Border!: Make it to zone with more than 15 mobs chasing you.

No Ticket, No Ride: Kill a mob from a train that is chasing another player.

Second Life - Gate successfully lands after being knocked unconscious and regaining consciousness during combat.

Lucky Bastard - Make it from ZI to Trakanon's Lair without encountering a single see-invis mob.

The Quickfingers - Successfully pickpocket 5 scarabs at Sebilis necro/guard camp before the NG group bitches at you.

Brown Leather Pants - Charm a griffin in East Commonlands and cause at least one sub-20 player to panic and gate or zone.

Nice Save! - Successfully beg a clarity from a soloing enchanter that has at least one charmed mob and two aggro mobs in his/her camp.

Spit's SoWs! - Successfully beg a Spirit of Wolf from a druid or shaman that is not currently in the same zone as you.

Bring the party, Starie! - Successfully beg a non-paid rez from a cleric that requires the cleric to port to your location.

These are not the voids you are looking for (Velious only) - As a cleric, equip an Orb of the Infinite Void, a Burynai Legion Gi and turn roleplay on. Sit in East Commonlands for at least 5 minutes without a port request.

Tienanmen Square - As a caster class, hold aggro and take 100% of the damage from a blue or above mob in a full group without dying.

The Tarzan Tornado - Jump from the top of the treehouse in Greater Faydark and break your fall by successfully casting levitate before you land.

Anecdote: I once did that and HS hit upon impact. I was knocked unconscious, had minus 900 percent hitpoints or so and got the "You are bleeding to death" message. However, the group saw me at full health and could not heal me. I /qed, came back and was alright.

I think you guys are trying to get achievements too fast. Numbers like 3, 5, 10 times.. BLAH! We should be talking hundreds or thousands of repetitions, or these achievements mean nothing. For example:

DO A BARREL ROLL!!: Execute 10,000 "barrel roll" jumps as a dwarf.

Welcome to Everquest: Die 100 times.

LOADING, PLEASE WAIT..: Die 1,000 times.

Snakefoot: Be kicked by a snake 500 times.

Mob Hunter: Be on the hate list 1,000 times when one kind of monster dies.
Ex.: Decaying Skeleton Hunter, Trakanon Hunter.

Tradeskill Portfolio: Make 50 examples of every available crafted item within a trade.
Ex.: Poison Portfolio, Jewelery Portfolio.

ON A BOAT!: Zone while on a boat 500 times.

Planar Protector: Be on the aggro list of Cazic Thule, Innoruuk, the Eye of Veeshan, and Tunare when they die 100 times each.

Not every achievement need be based on repetition tho:

Dragonfriend: Obtain a full suit of Skyshrine quest armor.
Giantfriend: Obtain a full suit of Kael Drakkel quest armor.
Dainfriend: Obtain a full suit of Thurgadin quest armor.
Master of Ice: Obtain full suits of Skyshrine, Kael Drakkel, and Thurgadin armors.

Alcoholic: Max Alcohol Tolerance.
Uncommon Sense: Max Sense Heading.
Medic!: Max Bind Wound.

I submit that an achievement based on simple grinding or activity-by-rote is not an achievement at all.
