1) Break tall grass until you collect seeds
2) Craft a hoe (http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Hoe)
3) Right click dirt within 4 blocks of water to till the soil.
4) Right click with seeds to plant.
5) Left click wheat once it matures.
6) Craft wheat into bread (http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Bread)
