Hands down my favorite zone of all time. I hunted there so much that my High Elf Paladin was regarded as an ally in Paineel.

Was this during LoY? I seem to remember this connecting to a mountain zone that connected to the harbor.

Stonebrunt Mountains was LoY and was accessed through Warrens...but Warrens was Velious.

Stonebrunt and the Warrens were released at the same time. And yes Warrens was released during Velious

All the bronze & green leather that dropped there easily made for a rich newbie. The weapons looked awesome, as well. Though, their stats weren't that great, even compared to rusty weapons. I remember a circuit I used to do; I'd go kill the foodmaster & smithy (using lull to do it one at a time), head to the pit & kill the pit fighters & shaman, go after the jailor, and hit up the single pit fighter spawn. After a few levels of that i was able to take out the Prince, and even later the Mighty Bear Paw, King, & High Shaman. Only killed the Mugglwump once, but I'll never forget meleeing down a giant tadpole.

Greatest zone ever.

I have such fond memories of this zone. I used to solo around here for look on my warrior when he was 25-30ish. There used to be a giant bat that was used for some quest near the stonebrunt zoneline I used to camp, and I used to try to take on the Muglwump because he was an exiciting solo kill as a warrior!
